When you sign up, we collect your email address. We also create a login PIN for you. If you pay, Stripe handles your payment info — we never see your credit card number. As you use the app, we store things you create like trades, strategies, and alerts.
2. How We Use It
Your email is used to log you in, recover your PIN, and send alert notifications. Your trades and strategies are stored so the app works for you. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone.
3. Where We Store It
Your data lives in a secure database. It's encrypted when stored and when sent over the internet. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor — we never see or store your card details.
4. Cookies and Storage
We use one cookie to keep you logged in. We save your language and display preferences in your browser. We don't use any tracking cookies and we don't track you across the web.
5. Push Notifications
If you turn on push notifications for price alerts, we store your browser's notification address on our server. You can turn this off anytime in your browser settings or in the app.
6. Market Data
We get SPX and VIX prices from public market data sources. We only use this data to power the simulator and alerts in the app.
7. How Long We Keep It
We keep your data as long as your account is active. If your account expires and you don't renew, we may delete your data after 90 days. You can ask us to delete your data anytime.
8. Other Services We Use
We use third-party services for payments, hosting, and data storage. Each of these has their own privacy rules about how they handle data.
9. Kids
This app is not for anyone under 18. We don't collect information from minors on purpose.
10. Changes
We might update this policy. If you keep using the app after we make changes, that means you're okay with the new policy.
